Lori Jorgenson offers one-on-one coaching that is custom designed to help you reach your goals. She uses a whole person approach including your mind, body, heart and spirit (what lights you up).

How to Work with me:

We can create a combination of virtual, in person and one on one in gym programs.* We begin with an interview so I can know your goals, where you want to go and why it is import to you

We follow that with an assessment of where you are now From that we develop a customized plan which, if followed, will help you achieve those goals.

Fees:

  • One hour Virtual $110

  • One hour in person outdoors $150

  • One hour one on one with you in the gym $180.

We offer three, six and twelve month packages to give you the best value and honor your commitment to change your life and achieve your greatness.
